Summary
As an OEM Sales Executive at Pitney Bowes, you will maintain and grow sales of OEM technologies and solutions to assigned companies and territory within North America. The individual will increase OEM sales revenue by building pipeline within new logos, as well as new opportunities within existing accounts, by closing business in accordance with their sales plan and Pitney’s overlay sales model. The individual will be responsible for coordinating OEM sales activity with other sales organizations within Pitney Bowes and for collaborating with various stakeholders beyond the sales organization.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll join our Global OEM Solutions Sales team and report to the VP of OEM Solutions. Candidates should be based in or near California Bay Area. You will be responsible for the following: * Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, attending industry trade shows, providing product demonstrations, and working leads from marketing campaigns. * Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas. * Deliver effective sales presentations and build proposals that drive opportunity development. * Effectively leverage all assets in deal pursuit, including Pre-Sales, Services, Technology Alliances and Partner Teams, Sales, Engineering and Senior Leadership. * Negotiate and coordinate contractual agreements between PBS and the client. * Develop sales strategies to promote PBS opportunities in new segments and accounts. As an overlay sales team, this includes working closely with Direct Sales for targeted accounts. * Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with intent to develop referenceability. * Interface with Product Management to provide client feedback on product performance and conduct loss analysis.
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years of successful software sales experience with a software technology company. * Previous and recent OEM sales experience. * Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed quota as the primary seller. * Ability to present and sell to all levels of the organization, including executive level. * Ability to self-manage and take initiative. * Experience with SaaS and/or cloud sales models preferred. * Experience in Client Information Management, Geospatial, and/or Client Engagement preferred. * Experience in vertical domain, such as Healthcare, adtech, or financial services preferred.
