Summary
As a Inside Sales Account Manager at Pitney Bowes, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients to help develop, grow, and retain business. You see opportunities where others see challenges.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll join our Small/Medium Business (SMB) Solutions team in the Shelton, CT area and report to the Inside Sales Director. You will be responsible for: * Call current and former PB customers to consult, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. * Overcome objections and close the sale. * Follow up on sales opportunities through phone, fax, and email correspondence to answer questions and provide marketing materials from our customized software. * Initiate outbound sales calls. * Navigate through the region's internal website to provide customers with pricing, promotions and service information.
Ideal Candidate
• PC skills – knowledge of Windows Applications and Network Systems. • Excellent communication skills. • Must have a strong sales aptitude. • Must excel at establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. • Excellent time management skills. • 1 year inside sales experience (must).
