Summary
Rogers Communications is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work out of 855 York Mills in Toronto. In this role you will build rapport with new and existing customers, analyze customer's needs and maximize the sales potential by offering products that meet those needs. Responsibilities
* Have the passion to connect and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing needs * Must be comfortable working in a highly structured, sales driven environment * Actively listen to customers, analyze their needs and offer customized solutions. * Be talented and motivated and have the drive to succeed * Be able to ask great questions in order to identify customers’ needs * Offer additional Rogers's products and services * Meet/Exceed established sales targets * Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues * Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end * Have an entrepreneurial spirit * Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction * Receive inbound sales calls from existing and new customers * Using effective relationship building skills and probing abilities to successfully close a sale * Creating a need by educating customers on product and services and maximizing the sales potential
Ideal Candidate
* Completed high school diploma or higher * Excellent English & French speaking skills an asset * Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and week-ends to meet customer demand * Possess superior multitasking abilities * Able to achieve sales quotas * Experience in an outbound cold calling sales capacity * Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required * Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment * Must be punctual and committed to work schedules * Demonstrated ability to positively influence others * Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a time pressure environment
