Summary
The Training Manager-Quality position will be solely responsible for training that impacts Right First Time (RFT) and On Time Delivery (OTD).
Responsibilities
* Recommend solutions for performance issues (specifically RFT and OTD) and potential areas of training. * Conduct training needs assessment and oversee the training function. * Design, plan, and deliver training courses. * Ensure training records are maintained within prescribed guidelines. * Identify, select, and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies, and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards. * Develop and manage budgets, including funding allocation, revenue collection, budget projection, and expenditures for all training. * Organize training venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. * Collaborate with appropriate departments to develop a needs assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.
Ideal Candidate
* BS in related discipline required, plus at least 5 years of previous related experience. Pharmaceutical and/or cGMP training strongly preferred. * Certified Training & Development Professional designation, or Certified Training Practitioner preferred.
