IT Business Relationship Manager

Liberty Diversified International is comprised of seven companies competing in several core markets, and is one of the largest privately held companies in the Midwest.

As an **IT Business Partner / Relationship Manager** with **Liberty Diversified International (LDI),** you will be a key interface between the business and IT, while developing an IT roadmap that is aligned to the business strategy. You will help drive alignment regarding project scope, priorities, expectations, resources and timing of services and solutions to the business. This position is a strategic member of the overall IT leadership team and reports directly to LDI’s Chief Information Officer. The position is located in New Hope, MN (Highway 169 & Bass Lake Road) with regular travel to our plants in the twin cities and much less frequent travel to our out-state locations.

* Ensure IT is integrated in the day to day working and decision making of the businesses and that solutions are meeting the needs of the divisions and aligned to the overarching enterprise IT strategies. * Actively sponsor business process improvements and work to leverage unique strengths of each division. * Help drive integration of technologies during business acquisitions. **You Will Excel In This Role If:** * You effectively lead projects, including management of scope, resources, budgets, risk, timelines, communications and tracking/reporting– delivering each one through to completion. * You build and foster strong partnerships with both key business partners and internal IT resources and provide value-added communications at all levels. * You are innovative in your approach to solving existing problems or improving existing processes. * You deliver thought leadership through technology solutions that speed time to market. * You’re not willing to accept the status quo rather you seek to challenge process and drive change across business boundaries.

* BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. * 5+ years of overall IT experience exhibiting a progression of responsibility and process/people leadership * 5+ years diverse systems experience and program/portfolio management processes. * A combination of strong technology skills and business acumen including knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing environment (corrugated/packaging industry experience considered a plus). * Solid business analyst skills across multiple business systems supporting various business functions (inventory, finance, order entry, production, shipping, invoicing, etc.) * Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills. * Good knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and tools. * Proficient technical grounding with experience in systems delivery, functional and technical design * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
