Real estate ownership and property management company specializing in office, retail, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Marketing Director and creative agency, create and promote various events to increase traffic and sales
  • Prepare monthly reports, as well as monthly event and promotion calendars for retailers
  • Assist the Marketing Director with budget management
  • Keep an organized and up to date media list, as well as advertising blocking chart with advertising deadlines
  • Coordination of marketing collateral such as directories, in-mall advertising etc
  • Help identify and present new event and promo opportunities
  • Assistance in preparations for all media activities such as news segments in the mall, photo shoots etc
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration
  • 1 – 3 years experience in an office setting. Previous marketing experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills are imperative for this role
  • Excellent computer skills required, knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop an asset
