Responsibilities
• Monitors email blast metrics, website trends, and search engine optimization performance; creates reports and performs relevant analysis • Performs media monitoring • Performs social media monitoring and member engagement • Works with Associate to draft social media postings • Assists with editing and formatting of broadcast emails • Proofreads marketing pieces, broadcast emails and press releases • Makes updates to the SEPA website, including uploading of graphics and content tweaks • Maintains inventory of SEPA marketing materials and coordinates replenishment as necessary
Ideal Candidate
• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Strong internet research skills • Excellent phone communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Quick learner and self-starter • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Graphic Design software (Adobe Illustrator, In Design Photoshop) experience is a plus • Interest in renewable energy is a plus
