OutboundEngine is a 100 percent done-for-you email, social media and content marketing platform that helps business owners stay top-of-mind with customers and prospects, and turn online engagement into revenue. The cloud-based product automates the delivery of timely, tailored e-mail, social and content marketing campaigns for a wide range of industries.

• Design and develop solutions in Visual force, Apex, D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies.
• Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT's, and work in partnership with business units and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and support implemented solutions.
• Responsible for the development and enhancement of new and existing SFDC and web enabled applications, including systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• You will be contributing into the SFDC portal based strategy, and will actively consult cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Services and Engineering Management.
• Design and document Salesforce Solutions.
• Develop Integration with the client's front-end systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers.
• Work effectively individually and with team members to achieve project success.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of work experience in Designing, Developing and Architecting Enterprise Software using Salesforce.com platform
• 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following skill sets:
  • Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes
  • Controllers and Triggers
  • Visualforce
  • Force.com IDE
  • Force.com migration tool
  • Web Services
• 3+ years experience integrating business processes across disparate systems using 3rd party tools

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors in Computer Science
• Salesforce.com Developer certification is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with web application development technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and CSS is preferred
• Proficiency in developing in Force.com Visual Force pages, Managed Packages, and integration to other third party solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps.
• Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred .
