Senior Salesforce Developer

E*TRADE is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team who will help develop and support our CRM architecture while delivering scalable and robust system to meet our growth needs. You will work with business analysts and technical teams to create unique solutions. This is a hands-on role, so you will be responsible for architecture and development deliverables, collaborating with other developers to deliver solutions. You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail-oriented, and interested in learning and evolving E*TRADE business processes.

* Design, develop and maintain solutions in Salesforce. You will work across all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through to post-implementation support. * Requirements understanding, designing, coding, debugging, performance analysis, packaging and deployment of custom solutions on the Force.com platform. * Develop and maintain critical system integrations with internal systems and external service providers. * Work with the Product team to understand the requirements and come up with innovative solutions. * Communicate and collaborate with product team and technical team regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions. * Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. * Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

**Must have expirience** * 5+ years of Salesforce experience. * Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401). * Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud. * Strong knowledge of SOQL. * Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Triggers. * 5+ years of work experience in Designing, Developing and Architecting Enterprise Software using Salesforce.com platform. * Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration. * Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required. * Highly motivated and a Self-Starter. **Desired Experience** * Strong UI experience in HTML 5, Java Script, customer facing applications * Single Sign-on and authentication/SAML/OAUTH understanding is Preferred. * Good understanding of JavaScript/AJAX/JSON is preferred. **Education, Certification, Training** * Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
