Summary
To provide clerical and recruitment support to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center.
Responsibilities
* Conduct all pre-screening of all hourly positions * Coordinate interviews for all management level candidates * Create and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate news media with EOE,M/F/D/V * Completes reference checks on those applicants whom the hotel has identified as potential associates * Ensure the Drug Testing and or MVR policy is adhered to for positions that require drug testing and MVR’s only (refer to SOP) * Responsible for coordinating the internal and external transfer process to include intake of transfer request forms, approvals, coordination of internal interviews, job offers and related follow up * Develop and maintain Networking contacts and partnerships with Hospitality Management schools * Attend local job fairs- Broomfield Regional job fair, University of Denver Career Fair, etc. * Coordinate J-1 Intern recruitment efforts including coordination of all Skype interviews * Coordinate and oversee the Omni Service Ambassador Seasonal program * Follow Immigration Law and Corporate Policies Make sure all documentation is up to date * Develop and maintain Open Employment Report-make sure it is posted weekly or as needed * Coordinate seasonal recruitment efforts which will include seasonal job fairs, arranging meetings with department managers and soliciting requisition requests * Maintain job requisition and associated logs * Maintain job posting program * Ensures exit interviews for all terminating associates are scheduled and ensures final clearance and pay check distribution * Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager * Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource Department
Ideal Candidate
* Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience * College Degree; Preferably in hospitality or human resources management * Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork. * High level of written and verbal communication skills. * Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Micros experience is preferred. * The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments * Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork. * 2 years previous experience recruiting line level associates
