Boynton based company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Front Desk Receptionist include: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner, Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and faxing, Receive and distribute mail, Work on special requests/projects as necessary. Requirements: At least 1+ year experience as Receptionist, Excellent telephone etiquette, Ability to organize and prioritize work, Detail orientation, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
