Summary
The Director of Business Development will join our West Coast team and will be a key member in helping execute on our Business Development strategy, with an eye to continue our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
* Focus on uncovering new business opportunities and driving revenue * Drive client conversations up-funnel, focusing on selling larger suite of strategic products and services * Develop strategic plan for key accounts and defined categories * Ensure that strong ties with key accounts are developed, maintained and leveraged for greater revenues and retention * Manage internal and external sales processes * Partner with marketing and client services teams to ensure winning proposals and successful engagements
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 6 years selling digital products/services, showing consistent achievement and growth * Experience presenting to senior clients and prospects * Experience positioning, selling and negotiating strategic/customized client engagements * Existing client and agency relationships; ability to develop senior level client relationships * Passion for video and digital storytelling * Very smart, assertive and proactive * Able to represent the company at industry events * Excellent written, oral, listening and communication skills * Collaborative, respectful style, able to work with diverse team * Detail orientation for implementation of complex strategies * Can-do, get-it-done attitude
