Summary
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Sr. Digital Analyst to join our Digital and Marketing Services (DMS) department in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for all data analytics required to support the DMS as well as the Operating Company (OpCo) brands in order to provide a deeper and more robust understanding of adult tobacco consumer digital behavior. The insights and understanding that the Digital Analyst provide will equip the DMS to deliver better strategies, improved adult tobacco consumer digital experience, inform digital retail consumer experiences, deliver insights to retail customers and support strategies to deliver the right message and value to the right Adult Tobacco Consumer (ATC) through the right channel at the right time. * Identifying critical data sets required to support the recommendations and decision making of the DMS, identifies gaps in existing data sets and recommends a plan to close those gaps. * Developing appropriate key performance indicators and metrics to track success of digital engagement initiatives and help evaluate how the DMS and OpCo's can work to deliver a world class user experience and deliver the right message/value to the right ATC through the right channel at the right time. * Leading the analysis of data critical to driving insights and business impact across digital engagement programs and core infrastructure, reporting on progress to members of the DMS and brand teams in order to provide a deeper and more robust understanding of adult tobacco consumer digital behavior. * Ensuring that digital analytics is connected with other analytical services both across the enterprise and across external partners for strategic alignment, consistency and appropriate context of digital insights.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree * 4+ years of analytics experience, marketing, digital marketing or digital data analytics * Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing analytical tools, statistics analysis software and the strategic application of data analytics to drive insights and decision making * Demonstrated passion for data analysis and the evolving tools and applications of data in a swiftly evolving, technology driven digital world * Demonstrated high degree of accountability and autonomy * Proven track record of delivering results, taking on increased number of projects or managing more high impact projects, often through effective collaboration with external partners * Detail orientation and tactical focus * Proven track record of collaborative leadership in working with a team, able to help others succeed, lead effectively even without direct reports, effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and not afraid to deal with conflict
