Summary

As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at TomTom’s US headquarters, you will be responsible for making an impeccable first impression to TomTom visitors and guests. Your outgoing and accommodating personality will shine as you manage the front desk and attend to administrative duties. You will work well amongst the many teams at TomTom to include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others. Your willingness to wear many hats and jump in to help out when necessary will be crucial to the role. In addition to supporting the Executive Team, you will offer support to the rest of the staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects. Being able to prioritize and pay close attention to details while managing a variety of duties in a fast paced environment will be a must.

Responsibilities
  • Display superior hospitality as the first point of contact for frequent guests and vendors
  • Manage Outlook schedule and travel arrangements for Senior Management Team
  • Make appropriate arrangements for management and executive team meetings held on site and overseas
  • Perform general office duties to include: answering and directing phone calls, copying and faxing documents, sorting and distributing office mail, ordering & stocking supplies, managing conference rooms and video equipment
Ideal Candidate
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert level of experience in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
  • History of being detail oriented in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years working in a professional environment preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or experience also accepted.

Additional Notes on Compensation

Compensation includes a generous base salary + bonus plan, 15 PTO days, 12 company holidays and 3 additional days to perform community service annually
