Summary
As a Global Process Manger, you will work with Global Process Directors and partner directly with fulfillment leaders from all Geo’s and NikeTech to successfully develop and deploy strategic capabilities that improve Nike’s supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Co-Deliver defined capabilities that connect process design & execution, people and technology and is globally consistent & locally relevant. * Drive compliance with the global governance and intake process to ensure adoption of standard processes within Nike’s Distribution Centers. * Connect subject matter experts, share insights and best practices around the world. * Develop the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution. * Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development. * Collaborate with functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans. * Implement and monitor key performance metrics focused on improving efficiency and capacity, overall flow, and delivery of product. * Support the Global Process Director in developing and facilitating Global workshops. * Lead and manage fulfillment projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's or advanced degree and minimum of 5 years supply chain experience. * End to end knowledge of supply chain operations and systems; inbound logistics and order fulfillment experience preferred. * Project team leadership/ coaching skills and ability to collaborate at all levels. * Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional and virtual teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Solid presenter and group facilitator. Exceptional listening skills. * Understand implications of different operational choices, and guide team to best solutions for organization. * Comfort with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, development and design. * Literacy in Lean Thinking a plus. * Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles. * Proven energy to navigate complex organizational structures. * High tolerance for ambiguity. * Variable travel, up to 25%.
