Lead CST Consultant

The Technical Operations Consultant, Client Success Team, is responsible for the technical execution of implementation tasks required to get a new client up and running on Neustar services. The Consultant is also responsible for the ongoing support of the existing client base on our services

• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Solutions Architect (SA) roles as well as tech ops management to assist with deployment of proposed tactics
• Provide on-going operational support for existing products and services
• Analyze, collaborate, and implement project changes to achieve project outputs
• Continually review new Neustar product content
• Develop cadence with product management, engineering, finance and sales on product rollouts and support
• Instill customer confidence by demonstrating superior professionalism when collaborating with customers
• Provide feedback and recommendations to CSM, SA, Product and/or Engineering on basic customer feature requests
• Track activities in project management tools
• Rotational after-hours support required

• 2 to 5 years working in an account support role or Professional Services
• Experience driving customer-facing implementations, support-related projects, and supporting implementations
• Data analytical-related experience preferred
• Experience working with customers from technical levels to director levels
• Demonstration of strong problem solving skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Light programming skills
• BS or BA degree with Marketing, Business, or Computer Development focus required
• Strong skills with Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
• Some travel may be required
