Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas. * Generate new opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new clients. * Initiate and support all phases of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections to close the sale. * Provide support to Channel Development Executives, as required, to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities. * Contribute to the development and implementation of quarterly and annual sales/marketing plans. * Provide weekly sales tracking reports, audit and analyze sales monthly, quarterly and half end. This includes Win/Loss data on all opportunities pursued. * Articulate FAI differentiation to clients. * Report current status of defined accounts to sales management. * Perform all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner in order to meet expectations of forecast and expense reporting. * Acquire proper level of knowledge for all FAI product and solution offerings. * Actively develop skill set by participating in required education during the calendar year.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with a General/Business background. * 1-3 years experience in Inside Sales, Sales Administration, Pricing, and/or Bid Response Preparation or partner management. * Experience working in a business environment. * Solid evidence of team participation. * Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and managers. * Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. * Good organization and coordination skills. * Knowledge of applicableFujitsu solutions and offerings. * Knowledge of relevant Sales methodologies, processes, and tools. * Familiarity with MS Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle Discoverer). * Working knowledge of SalesForce.com.
