Summary
Nestio is looking for a driven Account Executive to help accelerate our growth efforts. The Account Executive team is the core of Nestio’s growth, and you will work alongside the best in the business. We are scaling at a rapid pace, and it is imperative we find candidates who embrace a challenge, are eager to learn, and have the passion to be successful. We are committed to ensuring that you have all the tools that you’ll need to do what you do best.
Responsibilities
* Manage a pipeline of landlords, property managers, and developers (previous industry relationships are a plus) * Lead presentations via phone (in person when necessary) that convey a clear understanding of our products, services, and value proposition * Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and communicate effectively through all phases to close deals consistently * Bring on new clients using a consultative value based sales approach * Document sales strategy and details in Salesforce
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of sales experience - SaaS required, preferably in the Real Estate sector * You leverage technology to increase efficiency: You’ve used Salesforce, email tracking tools, etc. in the past * Excellent written communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently * Prior track record of consistently exceeding sales quota and being a top performer within the sales team. You consistently “get it done.” * A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic * High energy and resourceful * You enjoy the hunt of the sale but do so as a professional with a consultative value based approach * You have the ability to work independently and multi-task
