Neff Rental is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator.
* This position works hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager, Sales Staff and Service Manager, assisting in a wide-range of areas, such as credit, collections, operations, sales and service. * This includes handling purchase orders, inventory receipts, vehicle tag controls, payroll, human resources issues, monitoring fuel purchases and tracking expenses versus budgets. * You will contact our customers to monitor their payments status and collect, when necessary, through the legal process. * Your efforts will support and enhance our branch-level efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of related experience with credit & collections, accounts receivables and accounts payables, as well as extensive skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * Plus be able to become a Notary.
