Responsibilities
* Provide command & control of the global sales team through creation of a world-class analytics and reporting infrastructure * Design robust suite of KPIs/metrics to continually analyze the health of the sales team, uncover actionable insights/intelligence, and provide advance warning of necessary course corrections * Develop and operationalize predictive analytics tools, processes, and leading indicators to forecast sales, pipeline, and team performance * Create Executive, Board, Sales Kickoff, and Sales leadership presentations, reporting, and updates * Drive measurable improvements in sales team productivity through operational excellence * Build, optimize, and scale structured sales processes built upon proven best practices * Leverage Salesforce.com and supporting system infrastructure to operationalize sales processes and enable execution tracking, reporting, and visibility * Evaluate sales automation vendors and implement game changing tools, applications, systems * Enable comprehensive activity, account development, lead generation, pipeline, bookings reporting/tracking * Lead sales planning and design initiatives to optimize sales force effectiveness * Domestic/Int’l expansion planning, market segmentation, and coverage models * Field realignment, patch optimization, account targeting * Global sales incentive plan development, quota setting, and execution * GTM planning, capacity modeling, budgeting
Ideal Candidate
* 8-10 years of combined experience in sales, sales operations, finance, consulting, and/or related field * Sales operations leadership experience at a rapidly growing SaaS/software company * Self-starter, independent, complex problem solver with strong bias for action * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment * Proven ability to create scalable business processes and systems * Analytical, metrics driven, experience creating and monitoring sales KPIs/dashboards * Strong collaboration, teamwork, and partnership skills * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to influence all levels of an org, challenging the status quo when needed * Creative, innovative, eager to learn, grow, and develop * Understanding of Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, and process enablement * Advanced computer skills including Excel, Powerpoint, and Google products * Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution * MBA a plus * Prior people leadership experience
