Lytx is rapidly scaling and looking for a like-minded Client Services Support Coordinator to join our team. The Client Services Support Coordinator will own tasks and assignments related to setting up new accounts, monitor existing accounts and determine which of those need to have optional features turned on. These settings may be in Salesforce or in other proprietary databases, but critical to the success of our client data retrieval. The ability to work independently, harboring strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are paramount to your success. Responsibilities
* Identify new tasks via Salesforce queues and identify product types and attributes for proper data entry * Input company and product specifications into listing software and research missing information through various resources * Execute and interpret the results of canned database reports for reference for data entry * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) is required, college degree preferred * Must be able to meet high quality and production output demands while working relatively unsupervised * Detailed oriented and able to do daily repetitive tasks * Must have strong and accurate data entry skills, ideally the ability to type 30 WPM * Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
