Data Entry Specialist Utilizing data entry skills to capture the data from claim, enrollment, and other forms in a high volume production environment.

- Keying advanced data into a data capture grid format from images, including selecting appropriate member and provider loads based upon client selection rules when applicable. - Reviewing of complex rejections to validate appropriateness and completeness of corresponding rejection notification letters and maintaining corresponding rejection reporting as needed for each client. - Cross-training on multiple clients for back up purposes. - Assisting the Team Lead in conducting testing for client implementations, researching and documenting client inquiries, and completing independent auditing and demonstration duties as requested. - Assisting Team Lead in writing policies and procedures, in both day-to-day activities, as well as facilitating project specific situations that may also involve interaction with other functional areas. - Training other staff members in performing front end duties.

- High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. - Minimum of five years' experience with CMS1500 Medical and UB04 Hospital claims preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry and in a professional office environment. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including the creation and linking of documents and data. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Database preferred. - Working knowledge of claim processing applications; Facets/QNXT preferred. - Must type 10,000 keystrokes per hour, be proficient in data entry and have excellent attention to detail. - Production assessment required. - Limited travel.
