Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for helping Lithium meet its pipeline objectives across North America by creating unique marketing programs to deliver qualified leads to the sales organization and to move deals through the pipeline. Working closely with Lithium’s field sales and marketing departments, you will collaborate on strategies for targeted, integrated campaigns, and then execute these campaigns across the region.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have responsibility for helping Lithium meet its business objectives for industry leadership, including the following: * Develop and deliver field marketing programs for Lithium to deliver pipeline targets through a constant flow of inbound leads from target industries and roles * Leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to generate demand including integrated multi-touch programs, in-person events, and digital marketing. * Work closely with the sales development organization (SDRs) to ensure they execute and qualify leads through field marketing programs. * Work with the regional sales team to ensure that field programs are not only increasing early stage opportunities but also helping to mature existing pipeline through the sales process. * Provide operational support for data, campaign and lead management through salesforce.com, marketing automation and reporting systems * Provide financial administration support for marketing invoicing and supplier purchase orders requests
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of progressive marketing experience in the technology industry * Experience in cloud-based solution demand creation and field marketing * Proven ability to build relationships with sales and a constant focus on pipeline and revenue * Ability to manage and prioritize marketing efforts with a metrics-driven mentality * Proven ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is extremely important * Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach in assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance. * Strong project management and organizational skills * Superb oral and written communication skills * High level of energy, enthusiastic team player with dedication to excellence * Bachelor’s degree required * Experience in using CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) technologies Will be based at the Lithium San Francisco office with 25-40% travel
