Summary
As Clerk, Administrative Services - Indexing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day process that supports the processing teams within the Customer Service Department which includes but is not limited to indexing customer requests on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
**Customer Service** * Maintains a customer service focus in the performance of duties * Consistently meets productivity and quality goals. * Demonstrates knowledge of Lincoln’s customer service expectations and shared values. * Dependable; meets attendance and punctuality expectations * Demonstrates ability and willingness to participate in team projects. * Performs other duties as assigned by management and embrace expectation for additional skill enhancement opportunities * Superior Customer Service skills must be demonstrated at all times **Productivity** * The ability to meet time standards for work processed while meeting quality expectations. * Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures. * Remains current in profession and industry trends by completing company and industry classes and tutorials. * Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: making suggestions for improvement, learning new skills, procedures and processes. * Non-exempt position eligible for overtime if required * Demonstrates aptitude for learning new systems and processes **Communication** * Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills * The ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
Ideal Candidate
**Education** * High School diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience * Willingness to work towards LOMA Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation **Experience** * 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Finance, and indexing that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position * Educational experience and/or proficiency in LOMA 281, and LOMA 291 preferred * Basic skills in MS Word and Excel * Enter data into computer using software applications for data entry and word processing * An ability to work and be proficient with e-mail systems (Outlook). * A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations * Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions * Drives performance targets to completion
