Summary
The primary purpose for the Solutions Sales Lead within Collections is to lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market and revenue attainment within a territory for Relativity Collections. In order to achieve this goal, this person will work with the sales leadership to create a plan to achieve this revenue target. They will be instrumental in introducing prospects and clients to the Relativity Collections product. Since this is a newer product within our more established platform, the Solution Sales Lead will be acting as a “start-up” sales person for this product. The Solutions Sales Lead will build relationships with key stakeholders within corporations, law firms and litigation support providers to learn their technology and business challenges related to Collections. A Solution Sales Lead will provide solutions on how our software can add value, and will be responsible for articulating that vision to prospective and current clients and ensuring they are successful with our products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales plans for the product. - Provide thought leadership and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Collections industry. - Create and conduct in-depth sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight key benefits and position Relativity Collections as the best solution. - Meet or exceed sales quota through collaborating with territory sales reps or working individually to identify, qualify, managing, and closing sales opportunities within a defined territory. - This position will have a focus on growing existing accounts and working with new business prospects. - Ask great questions and take a genuine interest in the answers. - Lead negotiation, coordinate complex decision making process and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities. - Manage and document in Salesforce.com and provide regular pipeline updates for your assigned product to sales leadership. - Work with the sales, product management and client support to share ideas and foster an open and collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Able to define effective approaches to data preservation based on circumstance. - Consistent overachievement of sales goals. - Strong business acumen. - Understanding of the business drivers of litigation. - Record of success in generating net new business. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills. - Curiosity and ability to ask great questions **Minimum Qualifications:** - 5+ years of quota carrying sales and account management experience within the legal collections, records management or legal technology space. - E-Discovery or Collections experience a must. - Must have working knowledge of forensic imaging and collection technologies. - Must have knowledge of the e-discovery data lifecycle. - Willingness to travel 35% of the time
