Summary
We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills for an Assistant Project Manager/Coordinator in our Seattle Office.
Responsibilities
**Primary Responsibilities as Project Manager:** * Represent the company with clients and in project meetings. * Assist in preparations for project meetings including development of agendas, meeting materials, meeting minutes if appropriate. * Assist staff with project proformas, project budgets and schedules. * Coordinate the work of project team members including design and construction professionals, attorneys, and sub-consultants. * Prepare reports, memos, and presentation materials for clients. * Work in a team environment with other project managers, job cost accountants and others. **Primary Responsibilities as Coordinator:** * Coordinate meetings, research information and maintain contact databases. * Assist Director with scheduling and client management. * Assist Director with all business development efforts including but not limited to Proposals/Interviews/RFP response drafting and coordination. * Maintenance of all marketing and business development collateral materials- project sheet development/brochure production/website updates (in coordination with marketing department). Includes drafting, formatting and production. * Conferences/Panels - coordination of staff attendance including registration and travel), research and outreach for new opportunities, applications for presentations, compilation of presentations and materials to distribute at events.
Ideal Candidate
* Undergraduate degree * Project management experience, proforma experience, budgeting experience preferred * Strong writing ability * Ability to be an energetic strategic thinker and problem solver * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and navigate complex client organizations * Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project
