Project Manager

As Project Manager, you maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships internally and with key clients through the management of multiple small-to-medium projects concurrently. This position is to oversee the planning, execution and completion of all assigned projects while delivering on timeline and within scoped budget. Responsible for coordinating the efforts across multiple departments to effectively deliver upon scoped deliverables and client expectations.

* Manage scope, timing and budget across multiple projects in all stages of the project lifecycle * Maintain active ownership and accountability for all assigned projects by tracking status, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to the project team, while identifying any potential risks * Assist Client Partnership with gathering requirements and estimates to help inform statements of work, budget and timelines * Create, update and monitor project plans for all assigned projects * Responsible for managing and communicating project changes to internal team along with estimated effort, timing and cost implications * Communicate and track perceived scope creep and overage trends to Sr. Project and Account leads * Oversee project resource allocation and collaborate with team leads each week in order to proactively avoid and plan for possible allocation and timing implications * Schedule and assist in leading kick-off and status meetings with internal teams and relevant third parties * Ensure quality control by making sure all appropriate internal and client reviews are done in a timely fashion (and that enough time is allowed for these things to happen) along with their approvals * Develop and maintain relationships in order to build trust with assigned clients and internal departments * Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to digital and data marketing and the project management trade

* A Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience * At least 2 to 4 years of proven Project Management experience * At least 1 to 3 years of experience, working with and delivering to external clients * **Leadership:** Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written); Team oriented, motivating and self-driven * **Time Management:** Ability to work in very fast paced environment with multiple clients, internal departments and shifting deadlines * **Budgeting:** Must keep track of actuals and manage budget for each responsible project * **Analytical:** Solve problems and make effective decisions that may come up during a typical work day. * **Risk Management:** Adapt to change and risk while communicating implications to internal and external stakeholders * **Organization:** Must have excellent organization skills and highly-detailed oriented * **Technical:** * Must possess excellent computer/internet skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel * Working knowledge of MS Project a plus * Knowledge of data management and API integration a plus
