The SAP Analyst will be responsible for providing support as well as development functions for the Sales and Distribution, and Customer Service and Marketing departments. This position will use SAP platform solutions to analyze business processes in order to provide this support and development.

* Provide support for business processes as well as propose configurations for processes using SAP-based solutions. * Research, gather and analyze information, prepare business cases, and propose technical and functional solutions. * At times, be responsible for both primary and back up day-to-day support of Sales, Service, and Marketing departments. * Provide expertise to resolve crucial and end user support issues. * Work with members of various departments to ensure alignment of business processes within the company. * Validate data conversions. * Work with a team to design and test reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions. * Define problems, gather data, establish needs, and draw legitimate conclusions in order to provide solutions.

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * High level of SAP experience. * Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of SAP configuration/functionality, specifically in the Sales, Service, & Marketing business areas. * Experience in at least one functional area served by the SAP ERP system. * Must preform all essential duties satisfactorily. * Able to read, analyze, and clearly interpret technical procedures, general business periodicals, governmental regulations, and professional journals. * Have ability to effectively correspond with various groups, including managers, clients, and the public. * Ability to present/provide clear and accurate information to overhead management. * Mathematical ability to calculate discounts, proportions, volume, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and circumference.
