Summary
The Director of Programmatic is responsible for defining, evolving, and delivering iProspect’s specialist approach to Programmatic. iProspect is currently handling multi millions of dollars of Display spend for our clients, and is looking for a strong leader to help clients move from an IO based approach to Display, to one that is transparent, data driven, and performance focused. This person will be expected to guide our clients and display teams all the way from DMP and DSP set up, to display inventory trading, to programmatic reporting. The role is national, and will be expected to deliver consistent delivery of iProspect’s programmatic operations across each of iProspect’s US office. This position will report to the National Director of Display.
Responsibilities
* Oversee clients’ Programmatic marketing strategies and provide actionable channel insights to drive long term results for brands * Provide strategic and technical expertise during client meeting and presentations for new and existing businesses * Articulate deep understanding of best in class Demand and Supply Side Platforms, and why they are important for a brands future success * Manage Programmatic teams to ensure consistency of the iProspect Programmatic offering across all offices * Motivate, manage, and build a team who traffic, quality assure, and optimize programmatic display * Develops best practices and workflows for all Programmatic teams * Work closely with Client Services and Operations teams to develop campaign project plans, performance standard and process * Find opportunities for organic growth of accounts as the digital landscape evolves * Ensure achievement of goals related to successful campaign completion, product quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. * Interview applicants for available positions and recommend selection, promotion, discipline and related personnel actions
Ideal Candidate
* At least 5+ year’s experience developing and executing successful Programmatic strategies * At least 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading an account/technical teams * Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business * Strong data analytics and strategy background * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to collaborate effectively with other agencies and client partners to meet common goals * Strong media background and familiarity with multiple media channels particularly in the areas of digital/search * Bachelor’s degree required
