Summary
Under limited supervision, the ERP Security & Controls Administrator will assist the Information Security Team, the Corporate Application Team, as well as Internal Audit and various business units with Oracle EBS (Financials), PeopleSoft HR and Hyperion (HFM) security implementation and support. This individual will drive the definition and ongoing security maintenance and administration, governance, and control of Invesco’s ERP landscape by immediately assuming the responsibility to assess the security set up of existing ERP applications, and lead the convergence to an enterprise ERP security model that allows for scalability, flexibility and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Defining and adhering to an IT Security and gaining alignment from the business leadership on the key security design points * Proactively identifying and evaluating complex business and technology risks and vulnerabilities, including the evaluation of segregation of duties, configuring end-user and application system security, and the implementation of controls * Preparing and implementing any required remediation requirements * Requirement gathering, design, project estimation, project delivery, role build, testing, end user deployment, and user administration in a complex system landscape * Ensures that application security standards and governance are well integrated into systems by designing User Access, Access Controls, Process Controls, Security Roles, Dtandards, and defining Restricted System Access * This position is also responsible to evaluate business risks associated with security design and implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify/streamline * The incumbent will work to evaluate options of Single Sign On, integration of Identity Management with the corporate employee directory * Define requirements and processes for testing changes to ERP authorizations and roles * Report to team, clients and management on key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to the Security and Risk
Ideal Candidate
**Work Experience / Knowledge:** * Five plus years experience in designing, implementing, and supporting security processes in an ERP environment, including new implementations, security redesign, or assessment of a client’s security environment * Five plus years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 required * Experience with business processes, business process controls, financial segregation of duties and automated controls * Experience working with security and control stakeholders, project teams, and internal and external auditors * Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, management, and technical writing skills, and attention to detail * Experience with user provisioning processes, segregation of duty conflicts and security maintenance processes * Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley * Ability to establish priorities, meets deadlines, and concentrates on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment * Strong work ethic * Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills * The ability to multi-task on various projects and support items * The ability to work individually as well as in a team environment * Experience with assessing, designing, and implementing the Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance Controls (GRC) suite preferred * Experience working in the financial services industry preferred * Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and Hyperion HFM 11.1.2 preferred **Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:** * Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate throughout the organization with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required * The ability to multi-task on various projects and support items * Knowledge of mutual fund industry, data and processes highly preferred * The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical * Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties) * A Bachelor’s degree is required * A degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Administration with MIS course work is preferred **License/Registration/Certification:** (minimum requirement to perform job duties) * None **Working Conditions:** * Normal work environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust and temperature * Intense visual concentration may be required along with the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds * Frequent sitting and intermittent walking is also required * Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment * Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone **FLSA (US Only):** Exempt
