Summary
The Sr GRC Program Manager will lead the effort in building and maintaining our Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) program, development and implementation of the eGRC platform. The Sr GRC Manager will be responsible for spreading awareness of the GRC program throughout the company in order to identify needs for platform and program improvement as well as to ensure buy-in across all divisions.
Responsibilities
* Provide project management, leadership, and coordination support to the development of the GRC platform * Assisting with project plans, requirements definition, documentation, vendor package implementation and support of the eGRC platform * Assisting with the development and operation of the eGRC system governance structure * Collaborating with internal customers to identify manual processes suitable for migration into the eGRC system * Conducting regular eGRC project meetings to update stakeholders of current program efforts * Providing routine reports to management on eGRC projects * Developing and providing eGRC system end user training and collateral materials * Ensuring continued eGRC program growth * Performing other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Knowledge** * Deployment experience with Archer eGRC systems * Strong knowledge of the Archer GRC environment including: administration, reporting, work flows, dashboards, notifications, modules, related applications, feeds, etc. * Strong understanding of CMDB systems and methodologies * Proficiency with administrative tasks including: training, reporting and compliance * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visio or comparable process flow design tools * Understanding of the management of access control systems (e.g. single sign-on, identity management, etc.) **Skills** * Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who combines a solid Archer-based technical background with outstanding communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills. * Must have solid time-management and prioritization skills as well as a proven ability to perform complex analysis of data in order to determine trends and to develop action plans. * Understanding of the business processes that Archer supports (e.g. Risk Management, BCDR, Vulnerability Management, etc.) * Experience integrating Archer with third party tools (e.g. vulnerability management systems, incident management systems, etc.) **Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university required. Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science, preferred * Minimum 3 years working within the Archer GRC environment preferred. * Minimum 4 years in information technology required. * Preferred: RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP), preferred * Preferred: RSA Archer Advanced Administration training, preferred * Optional: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, a plus * Optional: ITIL Foundations Certification, a plus * Optional: CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent, a plus * Military background, a plus
