Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the development and execution of high-impact marketing and sales tools including white papers, presentations, product demos, datasheets, proposals, case studies, email blasts, and website content using Adobe InDesign or similar program. - Create PowerPoint templates and assist in production of prospect and client presentations - Assist with drafting proposal responses to include writing and editing of company information, proposal text, and graphics - Assist in maintaining pages for corporate website and social media - Assist with planning and event support for industry tradeshows and other events - Assist in the compiling and distribution of market research and industry materials for sales and product marketing purposes - Assist with creation and distribution of press releases Perform special projects as required
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree - 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Experience creating and editing marketing materials - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and similar programs - Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently - Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills - Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
