Job Description - The Wellness Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing the number of clients, patients, athletes, teams and clubs training in the Clinic in order to increase top-line revenue and overall business performance. - In addition to marketing, business development will be measured by the impact made on the Clinic by attracting and retaining clients, patients and athletes and encouraging them to refer friends and teammates. - The Wellness Marketing Coordinator will use Clinic sales protocol to plan, implement and manage a business development program. - Works with manager to establish weekly, monthly and annual revenue requirements and correlates those numbers to client and athlete commitments and business to business contracts. - Utilize sales protocol to manage business development activities, new business prospecting, lead generation data and closing rates to improve the sales process and performance. - Develops and implements a sales and marketing strategy based on sport and training season for all athletes, destination tourism opportunities, business to business opportunities and provider referrals. - Meets with coaches, Athletic Directors and club associations to educate them about Clinic and our programs. May support "Street Teams" efforts through attendance at Sports Events, Tournaments, Camps, Schools and Club Sports Venues to increase awareness and market presence. - Works with clinic team on sales effectiveness - teaching each employee the skills and sales protocol process for increasing new client and athlete participation, as well as stimulating client, athlete renewals and referrals. Is available to lead facility tours and explain the program and its benefits. - Provides excellent customer service to all clients and responds to comments and complaints in a timely and professional fashion. - May participate in the discussion with the Clinic and others detailing improvements gained between the pre-and post- training assessment and identifying the client's needs with the performance sports trainer. Then, build on the exchange to see the next series of training sessions or annual membership. - May execute customer transactions, registrations and payments.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in the field of marketing, business administration, sports administration or sports management. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. - Education is verified. - 3years of proven performance in sales or marketing. - Communication Skills - Must have superior customer service, computer, presentation and writing skills. Physical Requirements - Hearing/Listening, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Sitting, Speaking, Standing, Walking Preferred Qualifications - Prior wellness and athlete marketing and development experience
