Responsibilities
* Identify, engage and recruit qualified sales, technical, and business candidates that result in successful and qualified hires. * Provide up-to-date competitive compensation analysis that is aligned with market rates. * Perform sourcing activities to include but not limited to market and internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, referral recruiting, online social networking, etc. * Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. * Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience. * Analyze position requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate to the position. * Manage recruitment process and employment branding with the head of HR and Marketing.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years experience recruiting new hires, specifically in the sales, tech, media, and/or startups arena * Experience in agency and in-house recruiting is a preferred * Demonstrated success sourcing and bringing in top-notch talent with a strong drive for results and success * Outstanding evangelism of the opportunity * The professional tenacity to relentlessly pursue and effectively persuade a potential new hire to join the inMarket team * Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially via phone and email * Demonstrated strong commitment to a team environment * Sound judgment and reasoning abilities in addition to strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills * Leadership roles in work, entrepreneurism, or volunteerism * Strong negotiation, closing and follow-through skills
