Summary
As an Account Manager on our Care Coordination team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of families and their elderly loved ones by enhancing quality of life on a daily basis. You will be the client-facing voice of Hometeam as you partner with licensed caregivers to deliver the best in-home care in the industry. Forming strong, proactive working relationships with our clients and caregivers will be paramount to our success. We’re looking for individuals who have a genuine desire to help others and a track-record of success in account management or other client-facing roles. In addition to gaining valuable client and project management experience, you will have unique opportunity to grow with Hometeam as we expand nationwide. Responsibilities
* Manage up to 50 client relationships; constantly look for unique and creative ways to create beautiful days, weeks, and months for every client in your portfolio, while also ensuring basic needs are met * Develop and execute a unique plan of care for each client in your portfolio, incorporating aspects of well-being, interests, hobbies, as well as clinical needs following a nurse’s assessment * Manage Caregiver-specific issues, such as feedback and coaching, logistics, and disciplinary action * Communicate with the family and other stakeholders to keep them up to date on details of care * Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to coordinate service for your clients * Identify and execute improvements to current processes, reporting, and documentation, and support your teammates in problem solving and task execution * Exceed monthly and quarterly client retention and satisfaction objectives for your portfolio of clients
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree * 2-4 years of client-facing work experience * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in person and on the phone * Ability to establish and grow meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and thrive in a team-based environment * First-class organizational and creative problem-solving skills * Incredible attention to detail and experience juggling numerous tasks and responsibilities at once * Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * A genuine desire to serve others and passion to help those in need
