Event Planning Summer Intern

Event planning is top of mind as we work to engage our staff, attract top talent and highlight our awesome culture. As an Event Planning Intern, you will work on exciting and creative projects to broadcast our mission-driven organization. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain experience with event planning in a fast paced tech environment.

* Manage operations and logistics for company-wide events and meetings, including but not limited to CK Wednesday events, employee appreciation and special events. * Work closely with management to understand event goals and objectives that promote fun and memorable events. * Review and submit all invoices for payment as well as maintain event budgets. * Flexible schedule to attend events and provide onsite support. * Maintain a calendar of events. * Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in hospitality, event planning, communications or similar discipline * Some event planning and/or project management experience a plus * You have a fun and positive attitude, and like working in teams who will challenge you to excel!
