- Responsible for responding to retail customer concerns, troubleshooting equipment problems and logging proper calls.
- Uses Servicemax system for customer service requests, using the information provided in instruction screens.
- Places necessary outgoing calls to notify responsible parties.
- Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7a-9p; Saturday & Sunday 8a-7p, shift will include one weekend day, days off may not be consecutive. Shift may be later, such as 12:30p-9p or 11:30a-7p depending on business needs. Shift may include one weekend day. Training hours may be different from assigned shift. Training is approx. 4-6 weeks
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft office products.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish or French preferred.
