Product Manager

Hillary for America needs Product Managers who are a perfect fit for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

* Own the product cycle from requirements gathering and concept through implementation and post-launch iteration * Make clear build vs. buy vs. partner decisions * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver the right solutions * Manage a cross-functional team including Engineers and Designers * Clearly define success metrics for your products and socialize those metrics * Stay abreast of broader technology trends and movements that can be helpful to the campaign

* At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for a web application -- including one or more products that were delivered on multiple devices (web, phone, tablet) * Senior Product Managers must have at least 5 years of experience leading a product area and driving product strategy * Demonstrated ability to create, plan, and organize product roadmaps * Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proven leadership abilities in a cross-functional team environment * Experience driving an agile development team * Experience identifying key metrics, instrumenting products for experimentation and measurement, and using metrics to inform decision-making * A bachelor’s degree. * A technical degree is a strong plus, but not required
