If you track metrics in minute detail and yet would like to see your impact in the big picture, we want to hear from you. HelloSign is hiring a rockstar Sales Ops Manager to help us achieve Scale. Working collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams, you will measure everything to help us optimize our sales funnel and achieve growth. You will organize our data, shed light on it and help us understand the big picture. This is a juicy role and we’re looking forward to your contribution to the team.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for implementing tools and processes for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness * Responsible for all SalesForce.com administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards * Develop and manage sales territories and named accounts assignment * Partner in the development of sales coverage, headcount planning and sales quota. * Streamline sales operations processes and improve sales and operations systems * Conduct operational and strategic projects and/or tasks at the direction of the Head of Sales * Create and manage New Hire Boot Camps to quickly ramp up Sales Reps * Improve and manage the Corporate Sales Certification Program * Create Board level presentations for the Head of Sales * Manage, analyze and summarize the weekly Sales Forecast * Create and manage programs for Weekly and Quarterly Sales Training sessions * Develop, organize and manage the sales resource library to include marketing pieces, presentations, outreach campaigns and competitive market intelligence. * Assist in managing the proposal process and resources for incoming RFPs * Collaborate with Sales Team to create and manage the sales touch point process, sales campaigns and outreach strategies in accordance with marketing messaging and sales goals; for example, develop sales outreach campaign to coincide with upcoming webinar or event.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2-4 years Sales Ops experience required * Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects * Strong communication skills * Effective multi-tasking and time management required * Deadline driven * SaaS and B2B experience preferred * BS/BA preferred
