Summary
As we pioneer the home management frontier, we’re looking to build a team of tactical, sharp and dedicated salespeople to help us bridge the gap between our groundbreaking product and the buildings that need it. The kicker? Flipping the real estate concierge model on its head. We will give you a successful inbound and outbound sales formula, and you will be tasked with owning it, improving it and scaling it. First you will do it yourself, then you will build the strategy, processes, and team. You will know if you've been successful if sales becomes a core company competency. The role requires you to be thinking on your feet, be proactive, and take on several projects at once. You are systematic, strategic, organized, and drive things to completion. And you have pitch-perfect communication skills and sound judgment, even on the fly.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the current sales strategy and function * Be responsible for the pitch, differentiated for diverse partners * Perfect lead generation efforts * Strategize and execute the outbound sales efforts * Manage the sales pipeline and funnel * Hit sales targets, quarterly * Build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships with property developers * Help project sales and acquisition costs in collaboration with the management team * Identify opportunities and market shifts stabilizing our products’ capabilities and relevant competition * Work with Product to consistently improve and expand our offering to property developers * Execute expansion plans that build upon the company’s existing customer base and strong residential real estate presence * Help build out our Sales team and function
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of work experience in business or related field * Straightforward approach * High integrity * Manage projects well, with urgency * Successful previous experience creating and executing a cross functional strategy * Consistently meet and exceed professional expectations * Commitment to Alfred service and mission * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly/effectively at all levels of an organization * Passion and the hard skills to back it up * Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills * Prior experience in marketing, business development, or sales are preferred, but not required
