Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, your innate confident and caring sensibilities will join the ranks of our rapidly-developing team. Customer Service Specialists at Hello Alfred are on the front lines, supporting our animated and vibrant clientele base, as well as our All-Star Alfred Squad, to ensure that each and every one them feels taken care of. With one hand you'll be fielding phone calls, emails, and SMS; with the other, you’ll be supporting our account management and sales teams to create unique, groundbreaking customer experiences. The role requires an empathic ability to think on your feet, be proactive, and tackle several projects at once. Additionally, the role requires pitch-perfect communication skills and sound judgement, even under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Receive, review, manage, and execute inbound customer requests and communications, across multiple channels. * Manage and drive multiple requests simultaneously.to execution (aka: get things done for customers.) * Manage multiple vendors across different service types * Capture and solve service errors * Make “yes / no” calls on requests based on on cost-efficiency
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Bachelor’s degree * Team-oriented: Works well as part of the team. Willing to pitch-in on non-core tasks * Thoughtful, rational decision-maker: can manage different stakeholders and weigh different options and optimize choice based on client and business. Authoritative enough to manage vendors, and be the client advocate * Ability to execute quickly and with high quality * Enjoy a start-up culture * Mission-driven: passionate about the Alfred mission, product and helping others
