Interactive Designers are our lifeblood. These diligent individuals are deeply involved in projects from inception to final delivery. They demonstrate total focus and commitment to every project—whether the concept springs from team brainstorming sessions, a creative director’s vision, or their own unique perspectives. They understand the client’s needs, and endeavor to manage associated budgets and schedules. Because their passion drives them to continually improve their understanding of how interactive experiences should look, feel and function, our designers are inspired by industry trends and stay up-to-speed on the latest applications and software. They are eager to learn and keen to share.

* Understanding clients’ businesses, and the problems they’re asked to solve * Translating client business goals into intelligent user experience recommendations * Collaborating with other creatives, project managers, and developers to deliver a flawless product * Developing content layout, pixel perfect visual appearance and usability design * Working with writers to develop strategically driven solutions * Proactively identifying needs and potential issues—thinking ahead * Performing maintenance and design updates to existing sites * Juggling multiple assignments easily

**Attributes:** * Listens carefully and takes direction well * Passionate in regards to the work and its execution * Very well organized with attention to detail * Solid work ethic, self-motivated, and on the lookout for opportunities to jump in * Communicates well and strives to articulate meaningful rationale for creative decisions **Skills and Talent:** * Proficiency in multiple design software suites, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * Strong knowledge of current interactive design trends and techniques * Proficiency in information architecture and user experience * Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS and development considerations * Proficiency with timeline-based animations/banners * Front-end development capability is a plus * After Effects capability is a plus **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or higher * 1+ years of hands on experience in interactive design * Strong portfolio of work
