**What You’ll Contribute** - As a Junior Designer, you will work alongside a cross-discipline of team members, ranging from creative, marketing, strategy, and development experts. - Together, we work to create stunning designs that function as a part of a holistic digital strategy, with cutting-edge technology and analytics coming together to drive brand goals. - Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will be responsible for creating both conceptual and meticulously detailed digital designs—from concept to look and feel to prototype to final execution. - Our agency values collaborative teamwork, and you’ll benefit from exposure to cutting-edge technology, analytics and marketing strategy in addition to your design experience. **Responsibilities include:** - Strong conceptual thinking. Designers are expected to not just flawlessly execute teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process. - Design various digital assets including responsive layouts, custom infographics, experiential and informational sites and native applications. - Create striking visual designs that demonstrate ideas as part of ongoing planning or major campaign pitches. - Create online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms - Brainstorm creative concepts with the team, developing original design concepts from brainstorming meetings. - Leveraging a creative or account brief, create unique mood boards and look and feel explorations for websites or digital channels. - Participate in occasional visual design communication with clients as needed by the Art Director. - Support the visual creation of internal Ready Set Rocket assets for all presentations, decks, collateral and website assets.

**Are we a good match?** The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - 1-2 years of web, design and or interactive experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or other related field. - Strong visual, interactive and conceptual thinking—with the portfolio to prove it. - Proven experience in Photoshop and Illustrator. - Some level of HTML and CSS is welcome but not require. - Capable of communicating visual design concepts effectively both verbally and in writing. - Humility, a sense of humor and the ability to work well and with grace under pressure. - The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team. - High energy, positive and self-driven to constantly learn and improve. - Detail-oriented and organized.
