Summary
GoHealth is looking for a Medicare Sales Lead to lead a team of Medicare Benefit Advisors. The Medicare Sales Lead will move fluidly between executing on personal sales goals, and leading a team. The Medicare Sales Lead will be an integral part of driving GoHealth's Medicare business to the next-level, and developing call center culture. This individual will be looked to to provide guidance to a developing team of agents.
Responsibilities
* Execute sound call center operational practices; including attendance adherence and vacation policies, coaching cadences, and company policies * Serve as a stellar change agent by planning, communicating, and supporting the changes within the call center * Participate in the planning and on-boarding of new agents for the annual enrollment period and aid in classroom training, material development, and assessment testing * Use reporting tools, product knowledge, and sales strategies to coach performance * Partner with support teams to improve call center operations * Partner with the Agent Performance team to gain a better view of agents' results and identify training needs and performance plans * Exemplify top agent performance when selling individual insurance policies to consumers * Maintain a high quality work environment at all times * Serve as subject matter expert for Medicare Sales, focusing heavily on compliance, and driving sales forward for the organization
Ideal Candidate
* Expert level knowledge of Medicare and all regulations surrounding Medicare insurance sales * AHIP Certification preferred * Current resident health and life insurance licenses, or willing to obtain them * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Able to set, satisfy, and exceed targets * Outstanding customer focus, sales abilities, and phone etiquette * Able to work well within a team * Confident, with a keen eye for business * Excellent problem solving and communication skills * Able and available to work nights, weekends, and extended hours if needed
