Summary
GitHub is looking for a Partner Program Lead to join the Business Development team. We have a rapidly growing partner ecosystem and we're looking for someone to help us show it off to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Ensure GitHub’s Integration Directory is stocked with relevant and useful integrations, setting the standard for developer tools * Evaluate, test and provide feedback on inbound integration directory listing requests * Maintain a list of quality targets and identify high-value companies to establish as GitHub partners * Manage the technical partner program * Recruit integrators to the technical partner program and guide them through the onboarding process * Work with Sales and Services teams to ensure they are able to communicate the value of specific integrations to customers * Monitor the pre/post-sales pipeline within the partner program * Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to capture relevant data and produce useful reports on adoption and utilization trends * Work with Community and Marketing teams to find creative ways of promoting partners and the program. * Keep our technical partners happy * Build and maintain relationships with key technical partners, communicating upcoming program or feature changes and capturing their feedback * Work with technical partners and internal teams to address any billing, legal or technical questions related to integrations. * Funnel feedback from technical partners back to the larger GitHub organization
Ideal Candidate
* Our ideal candidate has a passion for keeping things organized, enjoys providing excellent customer service and is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical folks. * Strong experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams * Excellent written and oral communication skills * A track record of shipping and iterating on deliverables * Legally authorized to work in the United States
