Therapy Performance Partner

* This position can be worked remotely and will require 80% travel * The role of a senior Performance Partner within PPP is to take an active role in all aspects of an initiative including client interaction and relationship management * Resource needs experience with either respiratory therapy (preferred), physical therapy (2nd preference) or speech therapy * Resource needs to be a leader in a therapy role (not necessarily a director)

* Progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations or consulting * Identifies and anticipates client needs above and beyond current service relationship; utilizes internal/external networks to start building relevant market contacts * Evaluates analysis to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations and solutions * Generate billings revenue by conducting assigned analyses, write and prepare reports, and assist clients in implementing desired changes * Effectively execute on initiative plans to ensure client satisfaction * Coordinate and deliver effective presentations to client audiences to communicate strategy and outcomes * Proactively identifies and assists, as appropriate, in the timely resolution of any technical or client service issues; Coordinates and communicates activities with management * Looks for opportunities to participate in PPP operations * May lead teams in a collaborative manner * Contributes to the development of sales presentation deliverables using prescribed formats and technology; proactively seeks out opportunities to participate * Identifies opportunities to improve profitability. * Apply industry knowledge to initiative work and proactively share that knowledge to internal resources and clients * Assists managers in determining the best content to share with others * Supports other team members in sharing knowledge * Participates in the development of market-valued intellectual capital, including best practice deliverables * Focuses participation in specific professional associations that enhance client reputation and awareness with the healthcare industry and its disciplines * May present at Industry events (Breakthroughs, Values, and Association Meetings/Conferences)

* Resource needs experience with either respiratory therapy (preferred), physical therapy (2nd preference) or speech therapy * Resource needs to be a leader in a therapy role (not necessarily a director) * Resource needs to understand billing, operations, best practices, current market, and how to reduce costs * Project Management experience is a plus (or labor coaching) * Needs to be able to put Powerpoint presentations together and have good excel skills (when presenting recommendations to hospitals) * Needs to be great with data analysis and excel * In addition, performs more advanced data research, management and analysis, prepares and makes presentations to communicate results, and assist project leaders with development of work plans * May serve as a subject matter expert in an area of expertise when needed and drives all aspects of the initiative including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews & analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change * Great communicator with executive presence- needs to be able to talk to all levels * A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or relevant medical/technical degree required- Business, healthcare, or related area * 5 years relevant experience * Progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations or consulting * Experience in operations improvement consulting projects in a hospital * Experience in financial modeling, proforma development, value analysis, and other financial management * Experience working with cross functional teams and managing tasks and projects * RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise
