Summary
G5 is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative, project management and clerical support to the CEO and Corporate Counsel.
Responsibilities
* Assist CEO by managing the calendar and schedule * Schedule and organize internal meetings for CEO with its 6 direct reporting departments and any external meetings with outside vendors, clients, recruiters, etc, as requested * Coordinate corporate entertainment and travel arrangements for CEO * Create and develop visual presentations for CEO * Provide general administrative assistance for CEO and Corporate Counsel * Design and disseminate general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans etc. * Effectively communicate with the G5 leadership team, employees, customers and vendors * Maintain corporate documents and records * Facilitate Corporate Communication * Plan and execute Executive and Corporate Events (ie. annual offsite, quarterly offsites, Board Meetings.) * Conduct research for executives as needed * Participate as needed in special department projects * Effectively represents G5 in a positive and professional manner * Exemplify G5 Values and Behaviors
Ideal Candidate
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and other computer programs/software. * The ability to negotiate effectively * 3-5 years of Executive Assistant Experience * A Bachelor’s Degree * The ability to multi-task and coordinate a large variety of duties * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good conflict resolution skills * Excellent planning and organization skills
