Summary
The Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for the overall growth, quality, and engagement of the Focus Pointe Global proprietary panel. This is a newly-created position that provides the right candidate the opportunity to innovate, analyze, and collaborate within a dynamic team spanning multiple Company departments.
Responsibilities
- Research and gather data to enusre panel growth for consumers and medical professionals - Measure and analyze strategy results for continuous evaluation and improvement of marketing programs - Devise and evaluate methods to ensure that the organization's panel members are kept engaged in the research process and actively participating in the data collection process - Monitor and ensure the most effective use of the panel with regard to data gathering and emailing practices. - Work with other teams focused on data gathering methods to identify and resolve system issues; identify areas of improvement. - Act as liason to communication and support panel-related needs across the organizations.Ensure rigorous compliance to industry standards, codes of conduct, and regulations with regard to Market, Opinion, and Social Research. - Ensure adherence to the processes in place for the secure handling of participant personal data as well as client-supplied participant lists. - Partner with Sales & Marketing to conduct surveys/polls on topics of interest to clients; analyze results and write compelling, data-driven reports, including charts and related visuals. - Stay abreast of industry trend and developments; competitive analysis. - Strategize alternative methods for revenue-generation by utilizing the panel. - Manage marketing research Communities.
Ideal Candidate
- Two -three years of experience with panel management, direct marketing, and/or retention marketing with a research or media company. - Hands-on experience writing SQL statements for data extraction and/or reports. - Knowedge of MROC platforms - Proficiency with Microsoft programs; advanced knowledge of Excel. **Education:** - BA/BS degree - Open to all academic fields of study with a preference toward Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or other technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science). **Abilities:** - Problem-solver - Organized, detail-oriented and have valid reasoning skills. - Strong writing and verbal communication skills. - Prepare data-driven reporting and analysis and turning raw data into meaningful stories. - Experience working collaboratively with teams; - Experience in communicating with non-technical associates to understand their business challenges.
