Summary
The Sr. Consultant, Digital will be an integral part of the team driving the execution of marketing plans for the digital portfolio.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Market Unit Marketing leads, the right candidate will perform a variety of marketing functions including: - Supporting the Digital Market Unit Marketing Leads to gather insight on market trends, competition, and client needs for consumption within Marketing, Offering Teams, and Sales - Managing the content creation, feedback cycles, and vetting of Market Unit content including videos, point of views, web content, and sales collateral - Supporting message creation and validation testing with clients and analysts Taking a lead role in major events to establish event strategy, messaging, and display decisions - For Strategic partners, operating as the marketing interface to create, manage, and track marketing plans
Ideal Candidate
The individual will report to the Marketing Digital Leader and will work closely with the Market Unit global, area and regional leaders and the wider as well as the global offering team. This role will also require close collaboration with the global, area and regional marketing teams to ensure the Market Units are delivering the right material and capturing first hand feedback from the field. - Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing. Post graduate work is a plus - 5-7 relevant experience in a marketing role within an IT services or software company - Experience and knowledge working in the digital technologies space (customer experience, mobility, digital marketing, digital workplace, digital employees). - Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products is a plus **Experience & Skills** - Experience in market development for digital offerings and services including market profiling, events, sales enablement, value proposition creation, competitive analysis, asset creation - Experience creating compelling sales and marketing collateral - Familiarity with B2B demand generation methods and campaign execution - Excellent verbal and written skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a matrixed global/virtual team - Proven project management experience - Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and take initiative on what needs to be done
