Summary
Primary admin for divisional Salesforce implementation. Manage all daily aspects of National Commercial Services (NCS) Salesforce org and provide best practices and support on long term initiatives to increase usability and effectiveness of Salesforce by sales and support teams.
Responsibilities
* Own support of user setup and maintenance * Assign and manage all users’ roles, profiles, and sharing settings * Create and update workflow rules, process builder flows, and validation rules * Assign and manage all objects, fields, tabs, and apps * Perform data manipulation and migration * Work with Information Management team to develop and implement reports and dashboards * Update/maintain reports, folders with permissions according to Information Management guidelines * Perform quality control and assurance for project deliveries * Work with Sales & Client Success team to solve for process pain points, thereby increasing productivity * Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements * Work with Information Management team to maintain data cleanliness/record completeness, including Duplicate Management — Accounts and Contacts * Maintain and update process documentation * Troubleshoot user issues * Provide day-to-day end-user support and educate users with best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce * Own external vendor management * Work with NCS Trainer to design and implement SFDC training programs for sales team and other usersLead integration with 3rd party applications
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years’ experience or more with developing ad hoc and standard operational procedures * 5 years’ experience or more with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio) * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * 4 – 8 years or more Title insurance/Mortgage acumen and IT experience * Understanding of various IT delivery methodologies (RUP, ITIL, Agile, Waterfall) * Salesforce admin * 1-5 years of experience with process development, design and implementation * Customer service * Data manipulation * Highly independent single contributor * SFDC admin or higher certification preferred, will provide training to achieve certificate
